1. Minimum order of 12 bottles. All wine is sold in cases of six bottles.
2. All prices are quoted in GBP. Mixed case prices are per case, all other wine prices are per bottle.
3. All prices include VAT (amount shown on the invoice).
4. Any delivery charges are additional, and payable depending on the total value of your order. Please see below for more details.
5. Payment is made at the time the order is placed.
6. We accept debit cards (Visa and Maestro) and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for payment. There is a £1.50 surcharge for using a credit card.
7. You will receive an order confirmation by email soon after placing your order. This will include your payment confirmation, goods bought, and your invoice and delivery details.

Availability
We make every effort to ensure that our website is completely up-to-date and correct. However, from time to time (not often we hope!) wines featured on the website may not be available. In this instance, we will automatically include an alternative with your order. This will usually be the next vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@winedeal.co.uk.
Delivery
We only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery will be charged at £7.99 per order per address for orders less than £120 in value. For any orders with a value greater than £120, delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 14 days from the date of placing the order. It is possible for you to leave delivery instructions if you know you will not be home.
If we deliver the wrong wine to you, then we will automatically despatch the correct case to you ASAP.
