Delivery

Delivery is charged at £7.99 per order. Delivery is free for orders above £120 in value.
Delivery will be made within 10 working days from the date of the order. In order to keep our costs down, we have centralised our storage of wine in Holland. In the logistics world for Europe, Holland is slap bang in the middle, and therefore the perfect choice for supplying wines to Winedeal in the UK and our sister companies. This means that your wines will take a bit longer to be delivered than we would ideally like, but trust us - the wines are worth the wait, especially at these market-defying prices!
Delivery will be made by City Link between 8.30am and 5.30pm. They will attempt one delivery. If no one is at home at this first attempt, they will leave a card. Simply follow the instructions provided on the card to arrange a second delivery. The goods will remain in the local depot for five days before they are returned to Winedeal.
We strongly advise you to leave special instructions for delivery. To minimise handling and increased risk of breakage or damaged goods, drivers prefer to leave the goods in a safe place (either with a neighbour, in a porch, at the back of the house etc.). If the goods are left with a neighbour, please tell us the house number so that the driver knows with which neighbour to leave the wine!
If we deliver the wrong wine to you, then we will automatically despatch the correct case to you ASAP.

Payment Options

Mixed case prices are per case, all other wine prices are per bottle.
All prices are quoted in GBP and inclusive of VAT.
Any delivery charges are additional and dependent on the value of the order. Please see our Delivery section for more details.
We accept debit cards (Visa and Maestro) and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for payment. There is a £1.50 surcharge for using a credit card.
Payment is made and processed at the time the order is placed.

Minimum order of 12 bottles. All wine is sold in cases of six bottles.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure that our website is completely up-to-date and correct. However, from time to time (not often we hope!) wines featured on the website may not be available. In this instance, we will automatically include an alternative with your order. This will usually be the next vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value.
